The frontline employees at Salsarita's Fresh Cantina are dedicated to making each guest feel special and have a lasting impression.

They are a casual fast food restaurant with a full service heart.

"It is so hard to recognize just one employee here at Salsarita's," noted Katherine Mihm, general manager at Salsarita's Fresh Cantina. "I just want to take a moment to thank my entire staff for excellence in customer service. We cannot be a success without them!

''Due to our entire team's hard work and dedication to excellence I am proud to be the general manager for this great store and daily providing legendary service to our guests.''

Our Salsa-rific team: Troy, Chris, Adran, Havie, Rissa, Justin, Dani, Juli, Ray, Lacy, Hans and Marc

Rich Bartram
is the assistant golf professional at the golf courses at Barefoot Resort & Golf. He has worked for Barefoot for just a little over two years and has established himself as one of the top professionals on the beach.

According to Jeff Diehl, PGA, director of marketing, Rich's attitude, loyalty,

consistency, preparedness and willingness to go above and beyond in the customer service aspect make him a perfect candidate for Frontline Employee of the Day.

''His dedication and commitment to excellence are just a couple of the qualities we love about Rich,'' Diehl noted.

Sandie CusterWednesday, April 14, 2010

Sandie Custer
has been working at Hampton Inn Broadway at the Beach since the doors opened in January 1998 and has never come to work without a smile. Day in and day out she stands at the front desk ready to handle anything that comes her way and always does it in the most friendly and professional way possible.

''We have guests that return year after year just to see Sandie,'' explained
Scott Martin, general manager. ''She goes above and beyond her job by handling guest requests before they even make them.

''To some people customer service and a front desk position is their job but I firmly believe when it comes to Sandie that it is her way of life and nothing less will suffice.''

Deborah McIlrathThursday, April 15, 2010

Deborah McIlrath
with Chili's Grill & Bar (4401 N. Kings Hwy) is a bartender that has worked at Chili's for 15 years. She only works lunch but has a huge regular crowd all because of her very genuine care for her guests. Deborah knows everyone by name (and most of their families) and has their drinks on the table before they can even sit down. In most cases she doesn't even have to ask what they will be eating.
According to Jodi Hippert, operating partner at Chili's Grill & Bar, Deborah follows all rules and specs to a tee and puts customer satisfaction and safety above everything else. ''I can't express how Deborah is such an awesome employee. She has been a true blessing to me and my restaurant!''

Providing outstanding customer service is at the top of Esther's to do list. She always stays up to date on area events and changes so that she can better inform her customers.

Ashley Hernandez, Esther's granddaughter, has worked at Lakewood Camping Resort and knows firsthand that ''Nana'' is a dedicated and caring employee.
