We are currently seeking applicants for two upcoming At-Large positions on the Board of Regents.  These positions will be 3-year terms and are open to any LGS Alumni who are interested in serving.  One of these At-Large positions has been added in 2018 and is only open to LGS Alumni who are not currently serving on the Leadership Grand Strand Board of Regents.

The Board of Regents is charged with Promoting, Protecting and Improving the program, both presently and for the future and we would love to have your input, energy and involvement.  Board members will participate in the following areas to ensure the health and viability of LGS:  Program History, By-Laws Review, Budget and Finance, Class Projects and Hours, Leadership Training and Programs, Alumni Association, the Ann DeBock Leadership Award, Class Member Selection and the Bill Pritchard Scholarship Fund.  Applicants should be willing to regularly volunteer to assist with program duties and understand that this body works diligently in its commitment to the betterment of LGS.  Active participation in Board, Class and Alumni functions and activities is expected of all Board of Regents members.

Interested applicants are asked to read the Board of Regents Responsibilities of Membership and to fill out the Application for At-Large Position application (both attached). Applications should be submitted no later than April 9, 2018 to Diana Greene at or via fax at 843.626.0009.
