Business Before, During or After Hours is one of Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce's most effective networking tools. All member businesses and their employees are invited to this free monthly gathering. It's a great opportunity to interact with others while enjoying complimentary refreshments. Plus it's an inexpensive way to advertise your business.
Business Before, During or After Hours events are held at various member business locations with anywhere from 200-400 attendess. Business Before or During Hours are held at different times throughout the year. Business After Hours is usually held on a Thursday of each month from 4:15-7 p.m. Food and beverages are provided by the sponsor business along with door prizes. In return, you receive free promotion in our monthly newsletter, Grand Strander, an e-postcard invitation, featuring your logo, is e-mailed to all members, plus the event is promoted on our Web site.
If your facility is too small to host one of these events, consider being a co-host. You can contact another chamber member with a larger facility or the chamber will put you in touch with other members interested in co-hosting the event. Or, the chamber will be happy to work with you in sponsoring a smaller networking group event with a more intimate environment, such as a Before or During Hours. Now, all of our members have an equal chance to spotlight their business during a Business Before, During or After Hours.

Hurricane Preparedness Conference and Expo
Sponsoring the Hurricane Preparedness Conference & Expo will bring increased exposure for your business (at least 350 people are expected to attend). Deadline to participate in 2010 Conference was May 22, 2010.
Luncheon Sponsor- Filled

- Sponsor's logo will be included on all promotional and on-site material (including all mail-outs, newspaper advertisements, commercials, etc.)

- Five tickets to the Hurricane Preparedness Conference luncheon with seating at a reserved table
- Sponsor will receive a full page page ad in the Hurricane Preparedness Conference & Expo program book

- Signage of the sponsor's business and logo will be placed on each table at the luncheon and outside the door of luncheon entrance
- Sponsor's contact information will be included on resource sheet located in all attendees bags
- Sponsor will be able to write an article relating to hurricane/emergency preparedness in the chamber's monthly newsletter, The Grand Strander, and accompanied with a 1/2 page ad
- Sponsor's logo and link will be placed at the top of the MBACC's Hurricane Information Page for one year and being the official sponsor of this resource page, found on www.MyrtleBeachAreaChamber.com
- Sponsor will be listed as the official sponsor of two of the "Being Prepared Updates", an update that will be sent to chamber members throughout the 2010 hurricane season.
- The chamber will handle all promotion and on-site logistics for event
