PT Accounts Payable Coordinator needed for busy physician group. Duties include data entry and review which entails posting invoices, vouchers, and payment requests. Problem resolutions of account related issues, balancing statements & finalizing data, processing accounts payable invoices and payment requests and issuing reimbursement checks. Matching checks to invoices/payment requests after each check run cycle, entering invoices, entering, posting and reconciling batches, and researching & resolving payables issues with vendors. Also includes prepping accounts for payments & verifying data in system, filing and additional responsibilities as needed.
Our busy medical practice is looking for a full time Physician Assistant in the field of Family Medicine. Candidates must have a degree in Physician Assistant studies AND be certified with the NCCPA or will not be considered. PAs will perform a variety of advanced clinical duties involved in assessing, treating, controlling, and preventing patient illness and disease. The Revenue Manager (RM) is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall revenue generation. Responsible for analyzing all revenue data, executing revenue strategies, maximizing resort room revenue, and increasing market share through effective pricing and inventory management. The RM also manages channel distributions and rate parity between the property website, OnLine Travel Agencies, Portal Websites, and third party sites.
Responsible for effectively communicating revenue strategies, potential opportunities and trends to team members and management. Makes recommendations for specials to drive demand and implement approved strategies. Follows all policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve all standards of the operation.
