The Grand Strand Chapter of MOAA was formed in 1960. It's members are made up of currently serving, former or retired military officers and their survivors.
The group annually awards scholarships to local ROTC and JR ROTC students, supports the Toys for Tots campaign and sends care packages to military members serving overseas.
