''I see a chamber membership as a necessity for any small business. The benefits are innumerable, but if I had to point out two that have assisted me the most, I would say, education and networking. I take advantage of every opportunity to join in both. I've taken educational classes that not only help my business, but my personal life as well. They are always well worth the time and cost involved. As far as networking events go, I probably take part in at least one a week. It's not always an event where you hustle your business either. Sometimes I go just to hang out and fellowship with other small business owners. Look around and you'll find that the most successful small businesses in town are members of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.''
