Putting out the welcome mat at the Grand Strand's front door
To salute National Tourism Week, MBACC and Myrtle Beach Area Hospitality Association once again extended a big "Thank You for Visiting" to those choosing the Grand Strand as their vacation destination. Tourists flying into the area received a warm hello from local entertainment at the Myrtle Beach International Airport. The chamber's Oak Street and Murrells Inlet welcome centers served complimentary refreshments." Plus, Leadership Grand Strand class XXV has provided a huge billboard on U.S. 501 thanking our visitors.
MBACC also featured advertisements in local newspapers, and on television, radio and billboards that drew attention to the importance of travel and tourism throughout our community. Plus TourismWorksForUs.com shared with locals and others the new Coastal Carolina University economic impact study and the importance of tourism for everyone.
Feel free to use the Thank You for Visiting artwork on stationery, business flyers or in other areas of your workplace.
