Membership Mailing List Request Form

This contract is to be used for purchase of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Membership List. The membership list contains the company name, contact name, main phone number, mailing address, and category listing. Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce does not sell member fax numbers or email addresses.

You must include a sample of your intended mailing with this form.

This agreement is subject to the following conditions:

The membership list purchaser agrees that they will not disclose, transfer, duplicate, reproduce or retain any portion of the list in any form.

Only an active member of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce is eligible to purchase and use the membership list and therefore certified to sign this contract. Failure to comply with this will result in actions to be determined by the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors.

The membership list purchaser agrees the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce will have the right to monitor the use of the mailing list.

The membership list purchaser agrees that prior to receiving the membership list from the chamber, he/she/they will forward to the chamber copies of all materials which will be mailed to the names on the obtained mailing list. The Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce has the absolute right to deny sale of the list based on a review of the materials to be distributed to the names on the list.
