The annual Myrtle Beach Christmas Tree Lighting will take place Sunday, Dec. 6, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at Garden of Hope, 1395 Carver St. The tree lighting is sponsored by Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Myrtle Beach Neighborhood Services Department and Seacoast Church.
The event will include musical performances by Beachside Chats Ensemble, social distanced photos with Santa and story time with Mrs. Claus. Free refreshments will be served grab-and-go style. The first 100 youth will receive a backpack full of goodies. Face masks are required.
