I serve as president and CEO, supporting growth of our business community, while also promoting the area as a year-round family-friendly tourist destination.

I’m involved in various organizations that help women, children and animal welfare.

What’s your favorite thing to do in Myrtle Beach?
Walk along the beautiful beaches of the Grand Strand and enjoy fresh seafood at local restaurants.

Best advice you ever received?
Always do the right thing and you can sleep well at night.

Tell us about your family/pets.
I am married and have one daughter. We share our home with a Shihtzu and two cats.

Favorite book
Too many to list as I was an English literature major! Dickens, Hemingway, Shakespeare, F. Scott Fitzgerald are among my favorites.

I am a movie buff and also love live performing arts: plays, ballet, symphony, opera and musicals.
