All4Paws Named June Nonprofit of the Month

All4Paws is our June Nonprofit of the Month sponsored by South Atlantic Bank.

All4Paws is a dog and cat rescue organization that addresses the physical and emotional needs of abandoned animals through an evolving holistic approach. They strive to responsibly rescue, take care of, and place as many owner-less, lost, abandoned, and/or abused animals as possible while being a valued community resource.

All4Paws has rescued more than 15,000 dogs and cats. Of those rescued, they’ve placed more than 8,000 in forever homes and transferred more than 6,600 to other rescues for adoption. They have more than 230 active volunteers and staff who are passionate about rescuing abused, abandoned, lost and forsaken dogs and cats.

Since All4Paws began in 2011 they have supplied more than 168,500 pounds of pet food to families in need and other area shelters.

Because one of every ten animals rescued by All4Paws has special needs, a compassion fund was established in 2013 to help cover the costs of saving animals that most shelters and rescue groups would not accept or try to save.
