Cody Bunch joined the staff of For What It’s Worth Appraisals in 2017.
The appraisal company, founded and owned by Michael Sichitano, is state licensed and qualified to provide objective, third-party opinions on the market value of properties. They work with people at all stages of home ownership including purchasing or selling a home, making home improvements, refinancing and private mortgage insurance removal. They also provide appraisal services in instances of divorce settlements or estate liquidation.
Bunch is a native of Columbus County, North Carolina and is a graduate of Leadership Columbus. He grew up vacationing at The Beach before moving here in 2017. He said he loves the restaurants and shopping opportunities and enjoys spending time outside at the beach, Brookgreen Gardens or the area state parks.
