Cody Bunch joined the staff of For What It’s Worth Appraisals in 2017.
The appraisal company, founded and owned by Michael Sichitano, is state licensed and qualified to provide objective, third-party opinions on the market value of properties. Bunch is a native of Columbus County, North Carolina and is a graduate of Leadership Columbus. He grew up vacationing at The Beach before moving here in 2017. He said he loves the restaurants and shopping opportunities and enjoys spending time outside at the beach, Brookgreen Gardens or the area state parks.
