Cenatiempo was hired in June to serve as an experience coordinator in the Group Sales Division. In her new role, she oversees chamber programs including the young professionals program and Chamber Academy education sessions.
She previously worked for Brittain Resorts & Hotels and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in hospitality and tourism from Central Connecticut State University. Cenatiempo had served on the steering committee for Grand Strand Young Professionals prior to her promotion.
Cenatiempo fills the role previously held by Caroline Yahnis who stepped down to spend time with her growing family.
