L.E.A.D. is a workshop developed and designed by the Weathers Group dealing with sensitive and often misunderstood leadership and engagement issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. In order to move beyond treating the symptoms and towards addressing the root cause of problems, we will engage in conversations that challenge our comfort, paradigms and assumptions. The first step to leading and engaging across differences (L.E.A.D.) is showing up with an open heart and open mind. While we will discuss topics, issues and concerns that are often considered taboo and avoided, we will also set the stage for open, respectful and dignified dialogue. Our goal is to create a safe space for a brave conversation.
