Meet Your Chamber Ambassadors

Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce ambassadors work to engage new investors by extending the hand of friendship. Our devoted volunteers welcome new local businesses through ribbon-cuttings, greet individuals at networking events and visit investors to make sure they are getting the most out of their chamber investment.

Tell us about your business and the role you play in it.
Fully Promoted does branding of apparel and promotional items. Being the only employee right now, I do it all. From finding the customers to delivering the product and everything in between.

What do you love about being a chamber ambassador?
I love meeting all the business owners and hearing their stories about how they got started and what keeps them going.

What's your favorite thing to do in Myrtle Beach?
I love all the different golf opportunities. There are so many beautiful golf courses and it's a great way to meet new people. Some local, some visitors. You never know who you're going to meet during a round of golf.

How did you choose your job/field of work?
It was chosen for me, a good friend wanted to buy this franchise and he asked me to help him run it. And here we are!

How long have you lived on the Grand Strand?
I just moved to Myrtle Beach in February of 2021. All the way from New York by way of San Diego. I lived in NY my whole life and sold my place in Staten Island in November 2020. But I was also living in San Diego between 2018 and 2021. More room was needed, and Myrtle Beach offered a lot more "bang for the buck" when it came to homes and square footage and land. Plus, it's close enough to my family still living in NY.

How do you (or your business) give back to the community?
I try, through Fully Promoted, to sign up for as many events as I can that will fit into my schedule. Being a former New York City Police Officer, I have grown close to the Myrtle Beach Chapter of Brotherhood For The Fallen who help families of fallen police officers close to Myrtle Beach as well as nationally.

Anything else you want to share about yourself?
I grew up in Brooklyn and Staten Island, New York. I was a New York City Police Officer for few years, then a Lieutenant in the New York City Fire Department. I retired from the FDNY in 2008. I have a wife Lanna and two dogs, Tolan Luccio and Briscoe Blaze. We love eating and drinking and long walks on the beach!
