Your Emergency Management leaders want to hear from you!

The South Carolina Emergency Management Division (SCEMD) is conducting a Hurricane Evacuation Study that will play a pivotal role in shaping how state and local governments respond to hurricanes. To ensure the study is comprehensive and effective, SCEMD is seeking input from the public, including all investors associated with Partnership Grand Strand and members of the Mrytle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.

Your input is essential to the development of a comprehensive and effective hurricane evacuation plan.

Your participation in this survey will provide SCEMD with valuable insights into the needs and perspectives of our community. Your feedback will help our emergency management officials better understand how to safeguard lives and property during emergencies.

The survey is entirely anonymous, so you can be assured that your responses will be confidential. This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the safety and preparedness measures that will be implemented during future hurricane events.

We encourage all residents to take a moment to participate in the survey. Your active engagement in this process will help to build a more resilient and well-prepared community, better equipped to face the challenges posed by hurricanes.
