SkyWheel Named January Leading Business of the Month

SkyWheel Myrtle Beach is our Leading Business of the Month sponsored by South State Bank.

The iconic wheel along the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is currently closed for renovations ahead of their 10th anniversary celebration this May.

The SkyWheel often lights up for good cause, aiming to raise awareness for human trafficking, law enforcement appreciation, World Aids Day and so much more. It uses lights to celebrate gender reveals and has even glowed teal to celebrate the success of the Chanticleers.

We can't wait to see SkyWheel Myrtle Beach show off the new lights and celebrate a decade of flights in Myrtle Beach this spring.

Every month, Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce announces a Leading Business of the Month. This special promotion, sponsored by South State Bank, recognizes a company that has been a member of Myrtle Beach Area Chamber for a minimum of five years. The business is randomly selected. The company displays a banner at their place of business for one month recognizing them as the Leading Business of the Month. The honor was first awarded in September 2015.
