Surfside Realty Honored as Leading Business of the Month

Surfside Realty is our Leading Business of the Month sponsored by South State Bank for November.

The full service real estate and vacation rental company opened in the Town of Surfside Beach in 1962. According to the Horry County Historic Preservation Society, it’s the longest running business in the town.

Surfside Realty has three generations of knowledge and experience. In addition to real estate sales and vacation rentals, the company also offers Home Owners Association management services nd currently manages 93 HOAs in the Grand Strand.

The company was founded by EJ and Miriam Servant and is still owned and operated by the Servant family today.
