Waccamaw Arts and Crafts Guild is our Nonprofit of the Month sponsored by South Atlantic Bank for September 2022.
The Waccamaw Arts and Crafts Guild has become an integral part of the fabric of life here in Myrtle Beach. As the premier arts guild in the area, they have a long history bringing the arts to the community.
The nonprofit was founded in 1969 by local artists to promote and encourage arts in the greater Grand Strand community.
Their next Art in the Park event is coming up Oct. 8-9 in Valor Park at The Market Common where you can view and purchase art.
ABOUT NONPROFIT OF THE MONTH
Each month, Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce announces a nonprofit of the month. This special promotion sponsored by South Atlantic Bank recognizes an outstanding nonprofit that is an investor with Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. The organization displays a banner at their place of business for one month recognizing them as the Nonprofit of the Month.
