Winter Wonderland at The Beach Returns with Beachier Festivities

Complimentary Holiday Lights Appear Nightly Through New Year’s Day,
Family Fun Festival Runs Dec. 1-3, 2023

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.— The holidays just got beachier with the return of Winter Wonderland at The Beach, the annual oceanfront light display and festivities produced by the City of Myrtle Beach in partnership with the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Enjoy the free immersive lights experience along the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, from Plyer Park to Second Ave. Pier, nightly from Nov. 24, 2023, through Jan. 1, 2024.

The Family Fun Weekend, Dec. 1 - 3, 2023, features daily activities to warm up your holiday season starting off on Friday with the complimentary tree lighting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. in Plyler Park and children’s activities at the Myrtle Beach Train Depot from 5 to 8 p.m.

The festivities continue on Saturday and Sunday with a variety of fun for all ages, including a holiday market, photos with Santa, free s’mores kits and hot chocolate, live entertainment, and the first-ever aerial lights drone show.
