Get to know Shannon

Tell us about your job position and some of your typical work tasks.
I have the privilege of overseeing the following: membership services and retention, ambassador program, Nonprofit Council, ribbon-cutting ceremonies and grand openings, Chamber Access - Maximize Your Membership, coordinates chamber affinity programs, and first responder appreciation. I also am Executive Director of Leadership Grand Strand.

What’s your favorite thing to do in Myrtle Beach?
My family and I love spending Sundays during the summer enjoying and relaxing at the beach! We also love going to Myrtle Beach Pelicans games during the season.

Best advice you ever received?
Live everyday to fullest because you never know what the Lord has in store for you.

Tell us about your family/pets.
I am happily married to my best friend, Barrett. We have two amazing sons Gabriel and Grayson and two dogs.
